How to Add an Event/ To Do

Adding Events/ To Do Basics in Repbox

Since Repbox is a fully customizable and user friendly system, there are many way to create an event. Each are simple and easy to do. Here are two ways to get started.

Option 1: Though the Calendar Module

First, you are going to want to locate the "Calendar" module. You will need to select "All" on the top bar. This will populate a drop down with all the modules in Repbox. In the 4th column, Labeled "Tools" is where the calendar module is located. You may need to scroll down to find it.

Once you select the calendar module, you will be directed to your personal Calendar. At the top, where you see the current month and year, if you look to the right, there is a "Add Event/To Do" button. Click that button.

Once you click that button, you will be directed to the "Quick Create Event/To Do" form. Fill out the details of the event, or hit the "To Do" button next to the "Event" to make the entry a "To Do"
โ€‹Note: Fields with asterisk is mandatory and need to be completed before the record is saved. Also, if you need to enter more information that is shown, select the "Go to Full Form" button to be taken to the full Event/ To Do field form.

Once you are done, hit save to complete the form.ย 

Option 2: Quick Create Event

On the Top of the screen, click the Plus (+) sign at the right. A drop down will appear.

Select the "Event/To Do" option listed in the mini window.

This will take you to the "Quick Create Event/To do" Form. Fill out the details of the event, or hit the "To Do" button next to the "Event" to make the entry a "To Do"

Once you are done, hit save to complete the form.ย
