Linking a quote to an opportunity is a useful tool. It can make it easier to find the quotes in relation to the opportunities they are assigned to.

First you are going to want to bring up the opportunity. This can be done by either selecting the "Opportunity" module tab in the top bar of the Repbox window.

You may need to Select the "All" tab and find the Opportunity module in the drop down that populates.

Once Opportunities are selected, you will be brought to the Opportunity List view page. In that window, you can either scroll and click on the desired opportunity, or search for the opportunity in the white boxes. The search button is found all the way to the right of the same row. (You may need to scroll to the left to make it visible depending on your browser)

Once the Opportunity is found, you will need to select the "More" option on the top right of the Opportunity Summary View. This button is in-between the "Edit" and "Gear"

In the drop down, select "Create Quote" This will bring up the "Creating New Quote" form. From here, simply fill out the desired information. Note: Any field that is marked with an asterisk is mandatory and needs to be completed before save.

Once all information is completed, click the "Save" button.

Exporting Quotes

Once the quote is saved, you may want to export the newly created Quote. If this is the case, go to the "More" button at the top of the quote form and click it. A drop down will appear and from there you select the format you would like the quote to be in.

From there, your newly created quote will download and be ready to send. Check your "Downloads" folder on your computer to see if the Quote saved successfully.

You can view attributed Quotes to selected Opportunity and make edits as needed.

You can also add Quotes from this screen

Any created Quotes can be attributed to Contacts or Accounts as well, using the same navigation process.
